Please note that Immigration New Zealand recommends that participants apply for their visa at least 4-6 weeks before their intended travel date. www.immigration.govt.nz. Who needs a visitor visa? If you are from a visa waiver country, you do not have to apply for a visitor visa before travelling to New Zealand but you will still need to meet standard visitor visa requirements. Refer to the Immigration New Zealand (INZ) website to check if you are from a visa waiver country: immigration.govt.nz/visawaivercountries. If you are not from a visa waiver country, you will need to apply for a visitor visa before travelling to New Zealand.All visitors to New Zealand must meet standard visitor visa requirements, including being of good health and character, being a ‘bona fide applicant’, having evidence of outward travel (to a country that you have right of entry to) and sufficient funds for maintenance while in New Zealand.

  3. Payment terms and conditions
    • Conference registration payment must be made 7 days after the invoice issued. The organisers reserve the right to refuse the admission to those who have not paid. Papers for presentation will NOT be included within the programme unless the conference registration fee has been received in full.
    • Fees do not include travel expenses, insurance, local transfers and accommodation.
    • Bookings will be acknowledged by email and will include all the information you will need for the event.
    • The organisers accept no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by the speakers, chairpersons or any other persons at the event.
  4. Cancellation policy

    All cancellation must be made in writing through email: iicies@sbm-itb.ac.id. No refunds will be granted for cancellations.
